グローバル外為行動規範への遵守意思表明

マネックス証券株式会社（以下、「当社」）は、グローバル外為行動規範の内容を確認し、これが外国為替ホールセール市場（「外国為替市場」）における適切な慣行として認識されている一連の原則を示したものであることを認めます。
当社は、グローバル外為行動規範において定義されている市場参加者であることを確認し、当社の外国為替市場における業務（以下、「当社業務」）をグローバル外為行動規範の原則に沿ったかたちで行うことにコミットします。このため、当社は、当社業務をグローバル外為行動規範の原則に沿ったかたちで行うことができるよう、当社業務の規模及び複雑さ、並びに当社の外国為替市場との関わり方の性質に基づいて適切な措置を講じました。

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO THE FX GLOBAL CODE

Monex, Inc. (“Institution”) has reviewed the content of the FX Global Code (“Code”) and acknowledges that the Code represents a set of principles generally recognised as good practice in the wholesale foreign exchange market (“FX Market”). The Institution confirms that it acts as a Market Participant as defined by the Code, and is committed to conducting its FX Market activities (“Activities”) in a manner consistent with the principles of the Code. To this end, the Institution has taken appropriate steps, based on the size and complexity of its Activities, and the nature of its engagement in the FX Market, to align its Activities with the principles of the Code.
